4/24/26 Dr. Farrell was very professional and helped me feel and move with less pain. I recommend this location for friends and family. 4/22/26 From the time I walked in til the time I left, I was treated with respect. Alayna was friendly and professional. Dr. Holmes was thorough and kept me informed of everything she was about to do, she made this experience feel like she really cared. I am looking forward to returning for my next adjustment.

So, I will give my honest opinion about this company. The only reason why I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the doctors and front end staff are friendly. The good: Friendly staff greet you upon arrival. Initially, the doctors seem to listen and care about your needs; initially. The bad: I was on my 5th visit before I realized that this company only treats patients with adjustments, that's it! If you're looking for a "fast food" of chiropractors, you're in the right place here. From the time you enter the door, and leave after your adjustment, at least 10-15mins has passed. For some this may be considered a "good," for me it's very rushed and I felt non valued as a patient. After your adjustment, the Doctors gets on their laptops, getting ready for the next patient. I felt as though I was being pushed out the door, all the while still dealing with the issues that I originally came there for to receive treatment. As anywhere else, you are told that more than one visit is recommended to treat your issues. Not only did I hear this, but I also heard this multiple times as new patients were tricked into buying plans. Then non-insured plans are presented to you like a car salesman pitch. So many times I wanted to pull new patients to the side to warn them about these plans. Once my days were reached, that was it. No asking me if I wanted more days, or even a follow through from the doctor, to make sure I was doing well. In closing, I would say, don't waste your time or money. Find a full care chiropractor that values you like you deserve to be. Better care should equal a better and healthier you. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Even though you can visit other Joint locations for adjustments, I would not recommend this one as your home branch. The main doctor is great, but the reliability of this clinic has been a consistent issue. Over the past year there's been noticeably high staff turnover, and in January alone they had around five unexpected closures. My main problem is that your home location is the only one that can help with account changes. So when this clinic is closed which happens often you're stuck with no support. On top of that, they refused to adjust my billing date by literally a few days. Not because it can't be done, but because I've changed it a few times in the past and they "won't allow it" anymore. For a membership based service, you expect better customer support. Until those issues are addressed, l'd recommend choosing a different home location.

My first time getting chiropractic care done was at Virginia Beach town center. I was recommended to this amazing team by my wonderful girlfriend. I wasn’t sure of what the next steps were and how to sign up. I was a little intimidated and nervous, but that quickly changed. The lady working at the front desk by the name “ Alayna” was an absolutely kindhearted and very knowledgeable woman. She helped me get set up with a plan and made the process infinitely more relaxing and understanding. I don’t think I could’ve went through with it if I didn’t have such a patient and understanding lady like “ Alayna”. The doctors were phenomenal!!! I would recommend this team in particular to anyone!!!
