I would highly recommend the yoga classes at The Space Between. The atmosphere is very inviting and has wonderful energy. Natacha is kind, informative, attentive, and truly cares about the experience for each person in the room. I leave feeling relaxed and more at peace at the end of each class.
Natacha is a Kind, loving, conscious GIFT to this earth. Being in her yoga class is medicine. Do your self a favor and show up to any of her classes for some real, authentic, yoga. Thank you for all you do!
