I have a bag at my house for CP pick up. Yet they didn't show up. So why bother asking for donations!
I just donated a box of unwanted stuff to UCP. You have to book a date online (there were four days and I chose the earliest) and provide your address, how many bags or boxes, and where outside your home you’ll put it for pickup. The bad thing is they are only able to provide a window (like a plumber or cable company does) not an exact time. So guard your donation to make sure nobody tries to steal it or throws it away thinking it’s trash. A rented Ryder truck will come and the driver will pick up the donation. I saw the truck was about half full. Thank you UCP and God bless.
Not the best agency to go to if you are seeking help or services. Although I've had several telephone and a few personal visitation contacts @ their local office with two friendly staff members, all this agency provides is nothing but lip service. No matter what I suggest to these people, they usually do nothing. Not recommended. :-(
There great they pick up I been donating to them over 5yrs and I have never had a problem with there great service with picking up from my home I love blessing UCP
I think the donation services is very simple. I only had one bad experience out of at least 25 pick ups.
