I have just recently had the hinges on two of my gates replaced and am very happy with Vinyl Tech’s response and attention to this matter. The bottom caps on the hinges had fallen off after about five years and Vinyl Tech replaced the hinges at no cost. I am already very satisfied with the four gates and adjacent fencing that were installed by Vinyl Tech plus the repair work they did on my tile wall that was not originally built by them. I am definitely impressed with the quality of their work and the response I get from Mr. Parris Ernst whenever I deal with them.

Vinyl Tech & Masonry exceeded my expectations with customer service, quality product, installation and price on my vinyl fencing needs! I was referred to Vinyl Tech by a friend, I contacted Parris who scheduled an appointment for an estimate within a few days. He came out to Kaneohe and took a look at what my neighbor and I had in mind and provided us with an estimate for the portion of the fence run that we were splitting in cost. I also added on a couple of gates and a outdoor shower enclosure. I also received estimates from 2 other companies and their prices were higher and I didn’t have the same confidence as I immediately got when walking through the project with Parris. The project took about a month to get started due to all of the rain from the Kona lows we kept getting but when RJ and his crew started the project they were fantastic, explained the process to my wife and myself and couldn’t have been any more professional. Parris kept in touch with me throughout the job and came out to the jobsite to ensure everything was going smoothly. There were a couple challenges that were unexpected but we were able to overcome them and I could not be any happier with the new fencing and gates. Excellent company to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality vinyl fencing at a reasonable price. Vinyl Tech & Masonry installed a fence for us about a year and a half ago and we continue to be blown away by their service, professionalism, and the quality of their work. Speaking with Parris and getting the initial quote was a quick and easy process. Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before—no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn’t shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn’t be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money. That being said, my husband and I would make the same decision over and over again to go with Vinyl Tech & Masonry because of their professionalism and the quality of their work. They clearly stand by their work and want to make sure their customers are happy. In my opinion when you’re spending thousands of dollars on a fence install, it’s well worth it to invest in a company that clearly cares about their customer’s satisfaction.

Over a year ago, we had Parris take a look at our old fence and asked him to remodel the back wall and front tile wall , widen the driveway add some vinyl and an electric gate. His team did an excellent job for us and worked really well! A few days ago my mom noticed that it was damage and someone hit it! She was so mad! I texted Parris and he responded immediately that he would send out his workers to repair it the next day! Lo and behold like magic the fence was repaired when mom got home! They are the best and I high recommend using them! Excellent service, friendly and detail oriented! Thank You Parris and Vinyl Tech for taking care of us!

Parris and his team are awesome! They did my vinyl fencing and my back metal fence! They did a great job! But even more importantly, they stand behind their work. When a few hinges were corroded by the sprinkler system, they came back in and replaced them, which I can really appreciate. It’s difficult to find quality contractors in Hawaii, and they are one of the best! I would recommend them to anyone who needs, vinyl, fencing, metal, fencing, or masonry work. Extremely good quality, Great communicator’s, and a very good price for the quality of work that they perform. Thank you Parris and your amazing team!
