Very disappointed with service. Was scheduled for service on a Friday but no one came even after I called and confirmed appointment. Called and scheduled new appointment for another day. Called twice to confirm appointment but tech only arrived at 7:30 pm after waiting all day. We were with Griffith AC for 20 years which is now part of Elevate Home Services. Tech spent very little time checking unit. Never asked about filters in house, never checked drain or cleaned outside unit. Charged us $99 but only charged friend $49. Said we had a leak and need new AC unit. Unit has R22 and tech said he didn't have any. After this type of service, don't feel comfortable using your company to replace our unit. We will find someone else.

We needed a new air conditioner they came out on Saturday explained everything and the pricing. They worked with us on the payments and schedule for installation on Wednesday. They hold our check until the money was in my account even though the money was not in my account the air conditioner was installed. Great sale man and great technician's install. We are so glad and happy with our air conditioner thank you

We have been a customer for just over 10 years and I’m very happy with their service, workmanship and pricing. In this day and age, it’s hard to find a company that you can’t find fault with, but this is one of them. You can feel comfortable using them, you’re not gonna get ripped off or anyone around. I can’t speak for all the other companies out there, but I’m satisfied with Griffith or Elevate Home Service. (Don N. Cape Coral Florida.)

Not sure why this business would just send me a link to leave a google review, maybe if someone had reached out to me after the visit to follow up personally, but just a link? How do they even know what I’m gonna say? Not ready to say much except I miss the personal service I got from Griffith before this merger. We stopped using the larger companies because they just send a sales person to your house to tell you how the last people did it wrong and they will be happy to fix it all for you for lots of money. I hope this is not happening here. Our last people are the ones that merged with these people and we were very happy with them. They got to know us, understood our needs, and kept our system running as long as possible. I hope this os what we can still expect

Larry was very informative and took the time to explain different options with our situation. We were extremely happy with the time he took and his professionalism. We’ve dealt the the Griffith company for 20 years and Larry made us feel comfortable with the merging of companies that is happening. We are looking forward to having our new AC installed and the continuing excellence of service we’ve experienced from this company over the years.
